Choose an ADVOCATE not a POLITICIAN

Thank you for looking for a better alternative in leadership.  It's a big step to realize that our political system is broken and no longer works for voters or society.

I know our political system is set up against "the people" and the people deserves a better choice  I think I am a step in the right direction.

I am not a politician, I am an advocate,  One who has a steady record of service to the public, without renumeration, for over 30 years.  I have fought for real people facing real problems, often created by government ambivalence to the impact of their actions on the community they serve.

On issues like urban/suburban sprawl when residents who know what's best for their neighborhood are fighting for a say - a right - to control development.    Not all economic development is good development for neighborhoods.

On government overreach that dilutes residents' rights. From tax levies to balance a bloated budgets to protecting our environment from littering, illegal dumping, flooding, and pollution.

On process issues that strip residents of their earnings, their benefits, and their voice in matters that impact their lives

My approach is to ask, to research in depth, to propose the solution to controversies.  Never is it to say, "I'm sorry, I hear you but there's nothing we can do" ( when there  ARE solutions.

As an advocate, I have no concerns but the rights of residents.  Let politicians with fat campaign coffers deal with balancing donor and resident needs.  I do not want that conflict, I do not want their money, I don't even want a paycheck.  I want to fix the problem in a manner that advances every neighborhood's safety, character, presentation of pride, and frugality.

Thanks for looking for a better choice.  I already chose YOU - the Residents.

Get in Touch

RESIDENTS FIRST

Always and foremost, every decisions made should put RESIDENTS FIRST.  Rezoning, data centers, FLOCK, schools, and policing. Always a hand out for more money.  Always compromising average families' Quality of Life.  f it's not good for the residents; it's just not good.

END CORPORATE WELFARE

Ohio gives away about $26 BILLION a year in Corporate Welfare programs that drains our tax coffers.  The County approves hundreds of millions every year to pad the profits of Big Biz.  It has to end. No more levies - we are tapped out.  No more "corporate welfare" . Capitalism not  corporatism.

RATIONAL RESULTS

Let's put common sense back into our decisions.   The commissioners gave the Bengals over $300m, yet said they had budgeted "zero" for abused kids.  This makes no sense to residents making decisions every day on how they manage affordability within their own budgets  If it doesn't make sense; don't do it.
